What are the limits on a new account?

From the EverXCloud help center.

For 7 days after the account is created (unless it is verified earlier):

  • at most 2 GPUs at the same time;
  • at most 100 (in the wallet currency) credited in total.

These limits are lifted automatically at the end of that period, or earlier if your Corporate organization is verified by EverXCloud team.

If these limits are blocking you, contact support via Support > New request or the chat.
