Short answers about prices, billing, the spot exchange and EverXCloud Network.
How am I billed?
You top up a prepaid balance. Running instances are billed by the hour from that balance, and billing stops when you stop the instance.
Do prices include tax?
No: prices are shown excluding tax, in US dollars by default. Where EverXCloud is required to collect VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you confirm and added to your invoice; VAT-registered businesses are reverse-charged where applicable.
Are there hidden fees?
No. For EverXCloud Network offers, EverXCloud fee is shown on its own line next to the seller price.
Who sells me the GPU?
EverXCloud. We are the merchant of record for every rental, whatever the provider behind it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe for top-ups. SEPA bank transfer may be offered to businesses on request.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is issued for every top-up (a prepayment, without tax), and an invoice for every rental, reservation and hour pack, with VAT or sales tax applied according to your country and tax status. See the Tax Policy.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euros, US dollars or pounds. Each currency keeps its own balance and is never converted.
Can I get a refund of my balance?
Yes, on request: unused top-ups are refunded to the original payment method under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Promotional credits are never refundable.
What is the spot exchange?
A market for GPU rental hours. You buy hours of compute at a price you choose. It is not a financial product: no derivatives, no leverage, no transferable credits.
What is EverXCloud Network?
GPUs from EverXCloud's own machines and from partner data centers, sold by EverXCloud. Partner names are never shown.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API with scoped API keys and signed webhooks lets you automate everything you can do in the portal.
Where are the GPUs?
Each offer shows its region. Many offers are in Europe.
How do I become a supplier?
Use the Become a supplier form in the portal. We review every application.
How do I contact you?
