Official Rules — $50 GPU Credit Giveaway

Official rules of the EverXCloud $50 GPU Credit Giveaway: eligibility, entry methods, prizes and winner selection.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor.

EverXCloud Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Sponsor"), [email protected].

2. Eligibility.

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and in any country subject to U.S. sanctions.

3. Promotion Period.

The giveaway starts on October 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter.

  • On X: follow @Everxcloudai and repost the official giveaway post. Tagging a friend in a reply is optional and gives one additional entry (maximum one additional entry per person).
  • On Instagram or TikTok: follow @everxcloud.ai and comment on the official giveaway post tagging a friend. Each comment with a different tag counts as one entry, up to three entries per person per platform.
  • Alternative method of entry: send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Giveaway entry" and your name. One entry per person.

Entries using multiple accounts, automated means or fake accounts are void. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

5. Prizes.

Five (5) prizes, each consisting of USD 50 of promotional GPU credit on the EverXCloud platform (approximate retail value: USD 50 each; total: USD 250). Promotional credit is credited to the winner's EverXCloud account, is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and is subject to the EverXCloud Terms of Service. It expires on June 30, 2027. To receive the prize, the winner must have or create a free EverXCloud account and accept the Terms of Service. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification.

On or about November 10, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) winners at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by direct message or email and must respond within 7 days; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

8. Publicity.

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may publish the winners' public username in the announcement of results.

9. General Conditions.

Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

10. Limitation of Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize.

11. Platforms.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Instagram, Meta or TikTok. Participants release these platforms from any liability.

12. Privacy.

Personal information collected is used only to administer the giveaway, in accordance with the EverXCloud Privacy Policy (https://everxcloud.ai/en/legal/privacy).

13. Winners List.

Available by email to [email protected] after November 15, 2026.

14. Governing Law.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
