How do I buy GPU hours on the exchange?

From the EverXCloud help center.

On the Exchange (/exchange), place a buy order for N hours at a maximum price. Any account type can buy (member or admin role).

  • When placing it, funds are reserved from your balance: hours × (limit + fee), VAT included, shown as reserved; they are released on cancellation or expiry.
  • Orders expire after 7 days; 720 hours max per order; 20 open orders max.
  • The instance is destroyed when the purchased hours end (warning 15 minutes before).

The exchange is not a financial product, and it may not be enabled on every account. For any question, contact support.
