Reservations (/reservations): a pre-booked window, paid in advance with held funds. Booking from 2 hours to 90 days ahead. Free cancellation up to 48 h before; after that, a 50% late cancellation fee. Unused booked hours are charged.
Hour packs (Billing > Hour packs): bought from your balance, non-refundable, valid 30 to 730 days depending on the pack. Reminders 30 and 7 days before expiry; remaining hours are lost at expiry.
