EverXCloud uses a prepaid balance, with one wallet per currency (EUR always; USD/GBP when enabled). Wallets are never converted between each other.
Top up from Billing > Top-ups (/billing). Whole amounts, 10 to 5,000 per top-up by default; a completed billing profile is required.
Depending on the methods enabled:
- card / Stripe payment page: credited once the payment is confirmed;
- bank transfer to a dedicated virtual IBAN (EUR): typically 1 to 3 business days;
- transfer to EverXCloud's IBAN with the reference shown: credited after matching, up to 3 business days after receipt.
Maximum 10 pending top-ups; a pending unpaid top-up can be cancelled. Your card data never reaches EverXCloud.
